Senior IT Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer with a focus on Security and/or IT Project Management. You will be responsible for maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure and network system while participating in several IT projects. 

• Developing, implementing and maintaining security policies and protocols
  
  
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards (ISO 270001)
  
  
• Monitoring and managing IT infrastructure and network system, ensuring that all systems are secure and stable
  
  
• Managing IT projects such as Intune implementation, Data Warehouse Implementation, and more
  
  
• Providing advanced technical support related to hardware, software, networking, and security
  
  
• Mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior IT colleagues, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment
  
  
• Providing security-related training to end users

• Several years of experience in IT, especially in security management or IT project management
  
  
• Expert knowledge of MS Windows operating systems (desktop and server)
  
  
• Experience with managing IT projects
  
  
• Communicative knowledge of English; fluent in of one of these languages: Czech, Polish, Slovak, Hungarian or Romanian
  
  
• Independence, diligence, responsibility, systematicity
  
  
• Excellent communication skills, natural leader
  
  
• Self-motivated and needing little direct supervision
